  1. 9 champs back including every AA at 174! Holy cow, that’s unreal! At 165 I was pretty sure that Terrell was a senior. Am I wrong about that?

  2. Word is that Erdman will not wrestle this year.

I think Terrell is listed as a junior in last year’s national brackets/program…never know though.

174- if you look at past years, Thomason (AA in 2009) from York is back this year and there are some pretty good kids who didn’t get it done last year who will challenge at the weight too (Priest-Ith comes to mind).

HWY is a little thicker than it looks as Corsello had a bad tournament but is an NCAA runner up and Glotfelty placed in ’09

  3. I heard he is going to train Greco this year? Confirmation anyone?

Also,I have been so impressed with the overall level of athlete that is at the DIII level now. The matches at the National tournament last year were superb!!! Looking forward to another great season.

  4. I agree with Mmndingo. We had amazing wrestling last year and – in general – a set of finals matches that were far more entertaining than the DI finals. Heavyweight might have been a little dry, but we were watching a guy win his third title who some day may cure cancer (a 3.8 GPA in microbiology?)

    Who doesn’t love DIII wrestling?!?!?
