  1. Actually it wasn’t too sloppy… He stepped on the foot and pancaked, an old school HWT move. Not supposed to a beautiful arching throw but it’s effective against mediocre wrestlers.

  2. Flogger is correct… except gesseman isn’t mediocre. He’s just a freak of nature…a real specimen and any move hit on him isn’t going to look fantastic. The kid beat Hiffa who should of been a national champ last year to take third in the country. He’s so big and powerfull he’s just hard to move. Testie taster obviously doesn’t understand the dynamics of wrestling HWT!

  3. “Testie taster”- ahhh hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahhahhahahahahahahahahahahahaa. That is funny!

  4. The freaky thing about the “freak of nature” ‘coebro’ so eloquently describes, is his work ethic. It’s my opinion that no wrestler, at any weight class, has worked harder on conditioning.

  5. The stalling was called like a high school match–terrible. Other than the throw (well set up), he stalled the entire match. Kelly used a Head-tie, kept arms in, and danced around. The ref allowed it, so Kelly was smart to keep it going.

  6. coebro,

the dynamics of wrestling heavyweight huh, hahahahahaha. The top heavyweights are the top heavyweights because they don’t conform to as you say the “dynamics of wrestling heavyweight.” There is a reason why Blake Gillis or John Oostendorp, just to name a couple, were such good heavyweights. It’s because they didn’t have that sad excuse of an attitude that you have when talking about how heavweights wrestle.

  7. Testy Taster,

If you think HWTS can walk out onto the mat and wrestle like they are in any other weight class, you are a bigger fool than I had all-ready realized. Take a close look at the top Hwts at nationals this year (d3-d1) and tell me they wrestle the same as every other weight. You’re an idiot! I’m calling on everyone who reads this to refer to this scrub as Testy Taster……..

  8. Aptosdad,

I write a blog about wrestling that a few people seem to like. Andy is kind enough to post links to it whenever it pertains to Division III. I suspect that you might find Monday’s edition particularly interesting.

  9. Wow! No wonder East coast conferences dont send very many guys to the national Tourny I Ref little kids tournys in the mid-west and see better moves than that!!!
