  1. Lakeland College will surely miss Coach Peter Rogers. We are have been lucky to have such a great coach for the past nine years. What he has done for the program has been nothing short of incredible. I have been lucky to have witnessed and be a part of the transformation of Lakeland College Wrestling and look forward to what the future brings us.

  2. The impact Coach Rogers has had on the lives of so many young men cannot be measured with mere words or accolades.

Having seen first hand the passion, the empathy and the example Coach Rogers has demonstrated to everyone associated with the Lakeland College wrestling program, I am convinced that his commitment to excellence will continue for years to come in Sheboygan and will become readily apparent in West Lafayette for Coach Hinkel.

Coach, my family thanks you and the entire Rogers family for all you’ve done for us. We wish you, Brandy, Isabella and Gabriel all the best in Boilermaker country and congratulations to you personally on your return to the Big Ten.
    Godspeed Pete!

A huge congratulations to you! It’s been great watching your successes, and I have admired the relationship you have with your staff and wrestlers. And now I am a Purdue fan. Best wishes, Pete.
