  1. They are released on the Monday before the championships … at 6 p.m. This new system started last year, as their is no longer a coaches seed meeting at nationals on Wednesday. Seeding is done by submissions/rankings submitted by two coaches from each regional, then a conference call on Sunday. Brackets then printed and proofed and released Monday on the NCAA site.

  2. NCAA Tourney,

You said “Seeding is done by submissions/rankings submitted by two coaches from each regional, then a conference call on Sunday.”

Is there a listing somewhere of who the two coaches are that get to represent each region and how is this determined? does it rotate or is it the same coaches year after year controlling the process?
